What to expect on the Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to Koh Chang transfer

If your flight is delayed, we track it and the driver waits — 60 minutes of waiting time is included at no charge, which is more than enough for immigration and baggage. You pay in Thai Baht cash when you arrive, so there is nothing to settle in advance and nothing to claim back if plans change.
